Wayne performs at senior centers and residences for our finest 'folks of a certain age'. Who's having more fun - Wayne or the seniors?
A few years ago, an associate asked Wayne to play at Senior center. He loved it, and the audiences did, too! Eventually, Wayne formalized it into what today we call a Senior Songs show.
As a lifelong professional, Wayne performed decades ago in upscale restaurants and hotels, where his core audience was typically 5 to 25 years his senior. Many of those same people are now residents in Senior Living facilities — and again, he’s playing their favorite songs. A Senior Songs event may be only a handful of residents, or a hundred or more - the show adapts to the audience and the room. No two shows are ever the same, thanks to Wayne's huge song repertoire.
Senior Songs blends popular music from the Fifties through the Seventies — and beyond. We often spark a sing-along or clap-along, and we’re glad to include seasonal favorites, birthday wishes, and other personal touches. Residents often thank us for bringing back fond memories. Our events are casual and friendly, polished but never overdone or loud — just professional, heartfelt entertainment.
